ALMUTAKAMILA (Almutakamila Yemeni Company for Electronic Financial Services) is a startup national shareholding Fin-Tech company, established under Commercial Companies Law No. (22) of 1991. Almutakamila is specialized in electronic financial services, and it uses a unified, comprehensive, robust, secure and interoperable electronic payment solution that supports all features according to the best user experience, which meet the customers’ requirements and facilitates their financial transactions and daily life.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Preparing and implementing the marketing and promotional strategies to create a positive impression and build the company's brand.
  • Study the global practices and local market, undertaking competitor research and analyses.
  • Conducting market research, analyzing data, preparing forecasts and setting goals and how to achieve them.
  • Developing and running the digital and social media marketing and advertising campaigns, monitoring and analyzing them to determine whether they achieved their objectives.
  • Develop and implement marketing programs and plans to reduce churn, maintain customer loyalty and attract new ones.
  • Study and analyze customer behavior and execute customer surveys to identify their needs and the best methods to promote products and services and increase customer base.
  • Identify and use effective marketing and promotional means and tools that convey the idea and goal of the company to the largest possible number of customers.
  • Identify market needs, analyzing trends, and communicating with actors to create new business opportunities and initiatives.
  • Building and developing agent/merchant networks and determining the selection and targeting mechanism to ensure the quality of service and rapid deployment.
  • Training of agents and merchants to use the services/products, clarifying their duties & responsibilities, and providing the support to them.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the agents/merchant’s work, following up with them, and developing means and procedures to improve their performance.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of mobile payment and mobile-wallet services.
  • Experience in mobile money or financial industry would be advantageous.
  • Proven experience in marketing and sales of technology solutions and services.
  • Ability to build and manage agent/merchant networks and achieving wider outreach.
  • Ability to design and launch marketing and advertising campaigns in a creative and innovative way.
  • Experience in business development, creating new opportunities, and closing deals.
  • Strong knowledge of analyzing market data, identifying market trends, and conducting field surveys.
  • Experience in digital and social media marketing mechanisms and tools.
  • Experience in using computer and Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Experience in analyzing customer interaction, behaviour, and comments.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing (Preferred), Sales, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Good in speaking and writing English.
